  I’ve been in all the Pelican Point condos over the years except PP#10 and PP#11. Those two condos face the Laguna rather than the harbor and I preferred the view of the bay from PP#10. You also get a better breeze on the porch of PP#10. Be sure to be prepared to tie your boat off from all four corners in the Pelican Point slips or the yahoos coming into the harbor too fast will tear your boat up.

  The condos are always a great place to stay in Mansfield. I stay here primarily for the boat slip and the pool. They also have a place to park your boat trailer which is very convenient. The parking lot is a bit on the limited side so try to minimize the number of vehicles you bring. If you’re docking. A boat in a slip be prepared for a four point tie off due to winds. None of these are huge issues just giving a heads up. A large group of us fish Mansfield semi frequently and many In our group stay at these condos.
