Last minute trip from Houston. The remodel sold us on the location. We loved it. Maybe add curtains to windows downstairs and redo the pier. But that’s minor, place was clean, full of utensils and pots and pans. We would come back again soon!

This was my 4th trip to Port Mansfield and this property is by far the best ive stayed in! This is the house I will rent for all future trips. The pool is huge and so nice, boat slip was extremely convenient, house was clean and newly remodeled, beds are so comfy, a/c is ice cold, Washer and dryer was great to have, kitchen had EVERYTHING i needed as if i was at home, grill is big and nice, plenty of outside chairs..... it is listed for 5 people but has 2 full beds, two twin beds and a king bed!

The place was very nice and right on the water with your own boat slip. This made it very convenient going out fishing. There were lights on the dock for fishing at night as well. The inside of the house was very clean and had all the things needed for a nice weekend stay. The only thing bad about the whole deal is the Parking. Only 1 vehicle and no where to park your trailer except by the office down the road.

We had the best time! Such a beautiful condo full of the essentials needed for our stay. We woke every morning with a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf and went fishing just by walking through the back door. We will absolutely stay again! And, best of all, it’s only 40 minutes from home.

Exactly what we were looking for. Totally redone. Mice boat slip and cleaning table. Washer dryer was a bonus. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. Limit parking but will accommodate 1 or 2 cars. Fishing light worked first night but not second for some reason. Would definitely stay here again. Bring a grill brush to clean the BBQ pit. YNot is easy to work with.

This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The TV needs to be fixed but I don't go there to watch tv so it didn't bother me.
