  Besides the hot tub not working, and not having worked in years after speaking to residents, they need to take that “amenity” off their description. Unit 6 is great. No issues inside the unit. Shower head tall enough for an infant in the master bath.

  We (5 guys) rented #6 Pelican Pt for a fishing trip. The condo was updated and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again as a group or family. It's right on the bay and the porch let's you watch all the action of boats and marine life. As a 6' guy my only issues was the height of the shower 🤣

  Excellent except satellite TV was not available and the unit did not have Wi-F. However, having an extra freezer was a plus. Restaurants and food stores are limited in Port Mansfield. This was my seventh visit to Port Mansfield and my third stay at Pelican Point. I would not consider booking with anyone but Y-Knot Rentals.

  Had a great trip, however one of the permanent residents wanted to complain when we were unloading our boat at the slip that we were blocking the sidewalk and then he complained about us using the fish cleaning table which is utilized for the properties. I just think he was having a bad day. We did not let this ruin our trip. We will be back in 6 months.
