This condominium features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering luxury and comfort. The master bedroom includes one king and one double bed, complemented by a spacious dual-sink bathroom.   This is a great place at the entrance of the Port Mansfield harbor. Every night the trout were thick in the lights. The only negative is during our stay there was an east wind and it was a little rough for our boats in the slips overnight.

  This was our 23rd year to stay in Port Mansfield for our annual event. We have stayed at Pelican Point close to 20 years. This year we had 24 fishermen and rented 3 Pelican Point units, which is common. The stay at Pelican Point is always good. In previous years we have had some issues with a/c units not functioning correct or plumbing leaks. There has been times where the pool has not been clean. Y-knot (Sybil and Betty)is always available to help. There is always a fast response to resolve any issues. The units are periodically updated and are very spacious and comfortable. If your fishing out of Port Mansfield, with a larger group, these units are hard to beat. Great rooms, boat slips, fish cleaning table and pool. I appreciate the use of PP4 garage area each year. This is extremely useful for storing our gear. Try Pelican Point, you'll like it.

  Great facility we have enjoyed for years. The only issue is that the boats are not well protected at the docks from storms and boat wakes. The dock on each side of #4 was in some disrepair. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

  My family and I rented a condo for a week and was very happy with the location and accommodations, except for one little mishap, did not have access to the washer and dryer in the garage other than that we will definitely be back. I want to also thank Captain Justin Machost for the phenomenal fishing. We booked him for the whole week and his professionalism was over the top. Very family oriented and put us on fish every time out.
