  My brother and I are in our 70’s but love PM. We loved having the boat out the back door. The ice machine was great to have right there. Also, the fish cleaning station with electricity and water was great! The fishing light added to the fun. The place is small but all we needed.

  Good experience rented the top and bottom over the weekend. I have been in this rental many times and it is first class. One recommendation would be to up-size or replaced the A/C unit on the bottom apt. It does not keep up well when four people are using the unit in the hot summer months.

  Beautiful house, well maintained, clean, excellent floor plan. Great property for fisherman, it has 3 boat slips and an ice machine. We rented the upstairs and downstair for three nights with a group of nine. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. I have rented many homes on the coast for fishing trips, this is by far one of my very favorites.

  Our Fishing group has been staying at 612 Up for over a decade off and on...and have stayed their exclusively for the last five summers. Our group has gotten larger so with the addition of 612 Down we can accommodate all the fishermen.
  The place is great for fishing and socializing. The boat slips, ice machine and cleaning table fit our needs for fishing and the full kitchen, large table, deck and comfortable beds make us feel at home. We have made many memories here and have become friends with the neighbors who are always very friendly.

  We rented both units, upstairs and downstairs, with 10 guests. The accomodations are superb and extremely clean. The boat slips are very convenient and place was all you could ask for. The only small bummer was that the party patio is upstairs but the BBQ pit has to remain downstairs.
