  Went down for a family weekend with another family. 10 people in total. The setup was perfect with the up and down combined. Amazingly well stocked for a rental! The docklights didn't work and only reason for not 5 star.

  610 S Port Up is the nicest condo that I have stayed in since I have been going to Port Mansfield. I've been going down at least once a year for 15 years. The condo was clean; beds comfortable; kitchen well equipped; air conditioner worked great; ice machine is an outstanding feature as is the covered deck. The only disappointment was the green fishing light did not work which is the only reason I do not give it a 5th star.
