  Comfortable with plenty of blankets, kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture.
  Good boat slip convenient to harbor and channel to East Cut and ICWW.
  
  Very accommodating crew at the Y-knot office.
  
  Complaints?: really only two - door locks need work as they were difficult to operate and while there was a bit of bar bath soap, there was no shampoo! So warning to those that follow - pack shampoo. In fact Port Mansfield being Port Mansfield, we suggest bring about everything that you need with you. There is no Academy, Walmart nor H‐E‐B. In other words it is a great place. Just arrive prepared.
  
  Oh and drive slow - many deer and, who knows what else wandering the premises. There is no hurry anyway. That is why you came anyway.

  THis is my 2nd return stay at 513 Laguna B and will continue staying there. Its perfect for a fishing camp. Clean, good TV for your down time, enough bathrooms for everybody. It can accommodate large groups, whatever is needed. Boat slip is GREAT as well.

  Need to stay on top of garbage outside unit and *** entry lights.
  
  It is dangerous to climb stairs in the dark to the unit
  They need to check this before gest arrives.
  Excellent unit.
  The guide in Unit A needs to park in his spaces only.
  When we arrived, they were blocking the garage door in Unit B which made moving into the unit difficult and we had towait for his return from dinner.
  Also, he needs to leave room at the extra parking for other boats and traylors to park. their are 4 extra spots..he should get one (1)
  not 3.
  also, the tree by the stairwaw needs to be trimed away so it's not obstructing part of the stairs going the dark, you can hit your eyes.
