  One of the better places in terms of cleanliness, probably the best one I've had the pleasure of renting in Port Mansfield. The downstairs unit is not accessible from upstairs from inside the apartment (no stairs inside), but not that big of a deal. For boat parking, there's really only enough room for 4 boats max from what i can tell. But, i believe Harbor Bait and Tackle will allow you to park there. We had a lot of boaters the last two nights. As usual, the ladies at the Y-Not plus Kari are awesome!!

  Stayed in the same exact unit (A) for the second time. Went with friends last year and enjoyed the property and so I booked a trip for this year for myself and 4 friends.
  Like the layout with being able to keep the boat at the dock and having a cleaning table and washdown area for the boat and wade gear.
  Cooked on the pits that are available on the patio most every night. Location is nice being out of the direct wind on the harbor and straight across from the bait house for gas and ice.
  Easy walking distance to a small restaurant and to the marina.
  The fishing was good and we managed to box some fish regardless of the wind on a couple of the days.
  Only drawbacks on this trip was the downstairs toilet handle broke requiring removing the lid to use and the downstairs shower and one of the upstairs showers would not drain quickly and would fill.
  Minor setbacks and we enjoyed our days there and plan to rebook once we can get our schedules clear to select a date to return.
