  4 people, 2 nights, 1 boat. House was actually better than described. We were hoping for a nice patio to enjoy in the evenings. Patio is much larger than pictures seem. Interior is very up to date, and A/C worked great during June. Everything in the house was functioning perfectly. As with every Y-knot rental we've used the house was very clean upon arrival. We will book this house again. (only downfall is parking, which they described in the listing. We just left the truck/boat trailer at the ramp over the weekend.)
