It was a very nice place with everything you need, even an ice machine. The unit was clean with comfortable and the back porch was great and it has a balcony up stairs too.
Will definitely be go back to this place and also has a slip for your boat right off the back porch. Thanks for letting us stay there.

The condo was as described. Clean and comfortable. A new dock out the back door was a big plus. Up stairs shower could use an update. Also it would be better if the Tv could get local channels for weather info.

Great place to stay. Has everything you need inside and out. Docks have been reworked and are right. Bring your boat bumpers or fenders because boat slips can get wavy on a windy day.

As advertised, being in the harbor couldn’t of been better.
Clean cool quiet place to relax and unwind.
Lighting in living area could be better and the outside freezer didn't work.
Y-Knot management handled any questions promptly and professional.
Looked at other properties while here and will definitely be back.

Ive stayed with yknot for years, usually stay above harbor bait but we had more guys this time. As always this spot did not disappoint, really enjoyed the pier and wet slip. Always use yknot when ever we stay in port mansfield. Will be back next year.

We were very pleased with the unit. Loved the updated bathroom. Hope y'all plan to update the second bathroom. Kitchen appliances were a little dated but worked just fine. Loved the extra freezer to put fish and extra ice in. Will be back

Excellent except the first morning when we spun our prop. However, Mr. Ybarra in Rio Hondo was kind enough to repair it the same morning so we were back fishing by noon.
